Every appointed agent, working every lead, inside your guardrails.
Mav gives every agent in your network an AI producer, and gives corporate the controls. One managed environment where you set the agents, the lead sources, the signals and the compliance rules once, and every agency runs them.
SOC 2 Type 1 certified. Type 2 pending.
One network. One standard. Every agency.
Lift for the agents who need it, control for the carriers and visibility that didn’t exist until now.
01 · Lift
Every agency runs your best cadence
Your top producers already work follow-up. The gains are in the agencies that leave it on the table. Mav gives every office the same AI producer, without adding headcount to any of them.
A call center they don’t have to run02 · Govern
One managed environment
Managed agents, approved lead sources, signal sources and compliance rules, set once at corporate and pushed to every agency in your network. Agencies customize inside your limits with predefined guardrails.
How the managed environment works03 · See
Visibility corporate doesn’t have today
Network-wide reporting, or every event streamed into the systems you already run: leads inserted, filtered, called, qualified and transferred, as it happens.
Analytics and eventsManaged environments
Set the standard once at the carrier level. Every agency runs it.
A carrier account sits above its agencies. Agencies join through their own signup page and land inside of a managed environment automatically, with only the features you allow: import and export toggled per agency, integrations limited to the sources you approve.
Instructions follow a hierarchy. Mav’s legal guardrails come first, your instructions second, the agency’s third. Corporate owns brand, positioning, cadence and compliance. An agency can add what makes it different, a service area, a specialty, a persona, but it can’t override what you locked.
-
1 Managed agents
Author the instructions your agents run once, at corporate, and push them to every sub-agency. Edit, update, even A/B test them network-wide without touching an agency’s account. Separate agents for real-time, aged and quoted-not-sold leads, each with its own instructions.
-
2 Managed lead sources
Whitelist the lead vendors that meet your consent standards. Agencies can integrate with those and nothing else, and ad hoc list uploads are switched off wherever you want them off.
-
3 Managed signal sources
A renewal date, a price change, a new car, a roof replaced. Feed signals at the corporate level, decide whether they stay with corporate or push network-wide, and set the rule for what the agent does when one fires.
-
4 Analytics and real-time events
Network-wide reporting in Mav, or a real-time outbound feed into your lead management platform: every lead inserted, filtered, called, qualified and transferred, posted as it happens. No extra portal for your team to log into.
Compliance, state by state
Compliance you can stand behind in every state your agents write.
Contact windows differ by state. Mav applies each state’s rules automatically, using the consumer’s state when it’s known and area code only as a fallback. Contact windows, dial caps and recording consent are set at corporate and enforced in every office, across text and voice at once.
Validation runs before Mav ever reaches out: DNC scrubs, phone validation and lead consent tokens from the services you already use, plugged in through your own accounts. 10DLC registration is handled across the network.
See how Mav approaches TCPA and AI compliance-
1 Hard guardrails nobody can loosen
Federal, state and local limits sit above every instruction in the hierarchy. An agency can change its tone. It can’t change the law.
-
2 Recording consent, by state
Where consent to record or transcribe is required, Mav asks first. If the consumer declines, it offers to continue by text instead.
-
3 What corporate locks stays locked
Agency customizations sit beneath your instructions, and the agency accepts responsibility for anything it adds there. Your brand and compliance rules are yours alone to change.
-
4 One change, everywhere at once
When a regulation moves, you update the instruction once. Every agency, on every channel, runs the new rule from that moment.
Security
SOC 2 Type 1 certified. Type 2 pending.
Carriers bring AI to security, procurement and legal before they bring it to agents, and they should. Mav has completed its SOC 2 Type 1 audit, the Type 2 audit is underway, and every control is monitored continuously rather than checked once a year.
Your data stays in your tenant. The signals and consumer context you provide are never cross-referenced with another account. You set the retention period, and we commit to it in an SLA.
-
1 Audited controls, monitored continuously
SOC 2 Type 1 report available on request. Type 2 in progress, with monitoring of the controls between audits.
-
2 Your tenant, your data
No cross-account sharing of your signals or consumer context. Retention on your terms, backed by an SLA.
-
3 Ready for your security review
Data flows mapped and accountability defined for every validation step before anything goes live. Questionnaires answered with audit evidence.
-
4 Guardrails that move with the rules
AI regulation will keep changing. When it does, the governor changes with it, network-wide, from one place.
For carriers writing through independent agencies
Your quote, presented first, in every appointed agency running Mav.
Independent agencies decide which carrier a consumer sees first. Sponsor Mav for your appointed agencies and your quote leads the conversation. If the consumer passes, the agency’s other markets are still there. You get a first look at your ideal client, inside the agencies that already hold your appointment.
You may lose the sale. You never lose the consumer. When a rate won’t hold, Mav keeps the consumer in the conversation, reaches them again at renewal and catches the shopping signals, so a policy that leaves has a way back.
-
1 First look at your ideal client
Quote priority in every sponsored agency, on the risks you want to write.
-
2 Appointment demand you can see
Agencies learn which carriers they lose to on price. That’s a signal to you about where the next appointment should go.
-
3 Never lose the consumer
Renewals reached first, shopping signals caught in the thread, win-back at a fraction of first acquisition.
-
4 Direct connectivity
Connect Mav to your quoting system directly, so carrier conditions get answered in the conversation and the agency gets a firm rate. Built as professional services.
For the consumer
Better for the person on the other end of the text.
Carriers ask what this does for the consumer before they ask what it does for the agent. It drives renewal and it drives the brand. Here’s the answer.
-
An answer at 11pm on a Sunday
Mav replies in seconds, around the clock, all year. Nobody waits for business hours to find out where they stand.
-
Their pace, their channel
A text they can answer between meetings instead of a call they have to take. No hold music, no voicemail tag.
-
No pressure, no judgment
Mav isn’t working a commission. It asks what it needs, explains what it can, and lets them decide.
-
Asked once, not three ways
Every carrier asks the same question differently. Mav carries the context, so the consumer answers once and Mav does the translating.
-
A human the moment they want one
Say the word and Mav hands the conversation to a licensed producer with everything already covered. No starting over.
