We’re at ITC Las Vegas with Evan, Nick, Matthew, Vivian and Alyssa this week. Come say hi.

Forget scaling with a call center. You need Mav.

Mav is your AI call center that works every lead over text and voice, and hands ready-to-close leads to your producers. They close more instead of chasing more, you spend more time growing your business, and less time running a call center.

What Mav Does For Your Agency

Mav sits between your lead sources and your producers to grow your book. It works every lead, new or aged, turning the leads you pay for into more opportunities, and more policies for your team.

It responds in seconds, can message back on nights and weekends, follows up for days or weeks, and qualifies real intent. It revives aged and abandoned quotes. When a lead is ready, Mav connects them to a licensed agent on a live call. Your producers get more high intent calls, and close more deals.

The first text is out in seconds.

A lead is most reachable the minute after it is submitted, and that minute rarely falls inside office hours. Mav’s first text goes out on script and on brand, nights and weekends included.

Hi Jordan — Mav here with Beacon Insurance. You just asked for an auto quote on your RAV4. Want me to get one started?

  4. Day 3 · 6:15 PM

No reply yet. The cadence continues, respectfully.

A multi-day, complete cadence of texts and calls, inside texting hours and each state’s rules, spaced to read as attentive rather than relentless. Opt out once and it stops.

Replies come when the lead has time, rarely 10am on a weekday. Mav answers in seconds and asks the qualifying questions a producer would spend the first five minutes of a call collecting.

No problem at all. Two quick ones: is the RAV4 the only vehicle, and who else drives it?

just the RAV4, me and my wife

Perfect — and the ZIP you park it in overnight?

  6. Day 7 · 9:01 AM

The agency opens. Mav sets up the warm transfer.

Transfers happen when the agency is open. Mav asks first, then dials the lead. A producer’s time starts here, and not a minute before.

What Agents Are Saying

“The biggest change has been knowing that every new lead is receiving immediate and consistent follow-up. Even when my team is busy helping other customers, Mav is working in the background to keep conversations moving. That has made our lead management process much more consistent and efficient.”

Ready To Upgrade Your Call Center?

You don’t need a bigger call center. You need a system that works every lead the same way, every time. That’s Mav.

Mav supports consent-based outreach. Every message carries a clear opt-out, and Mav is built to respect TCPA requirements and time-of-day rules. These rules change and vary by state, so treat this as a starting point and run your program past your own compliance review or qualified counsel. For TCPA regulations and ongoing updates, start with our Compliance Center.

Frequently asked questions

Still have questions?

Talk to us
Is Mav actually replacing my call center, or just adding another tool on top of it?

It replaces the parts of a call center that are pure repetition: cold dialing, redialing, qualifying, and following up on leads who haven’t answered yet. You don’t need a room of dialers making the same first-contact attempt over and over. Mav gets more people on the phone by texting them first, does that instantly and consistently, then routes leads who are ready to talk to a real person, your producer or an existing rep, through a warm call transfer.

What does an in-house or offshore call center actually cost compared to AI?

An in-house team means hiring, training, managing turnover, and paying people to make calls that mostly go unanswered. Offshore doesn’t remove that cost. It moves it, and adds quality and consistency problems on top. Mav runs at a fraction of that cost because you pay for outreach that runs itself, 24/7. No headcount, no shift coverage, no training cycles, no manager keeping it on track.

Can I really scale lead volume without hiring more people?

Yes, that’s the entire point. A call center gets harder to manage every time you add volume: more dialers, more training, more supervisors, more chances for something to slip. Doubling your lead volume just means Mav has more conversations. Nothing else about your operation has to change.

Does Mav actually perform as well as a human caller?

On the parts of the job that are repetitive, like speed-to-lead, follow-up cadence, and initial qualification, Mav is more consistent than a human caller can sustain. It doesn’t get tired, distracted, or off-cadence from one call to the next. On the parts where humans do a better job (closing, advising, negotiating), Mav isn’t trying to replace that. It gets a lead to that point faster and hands them off the moment a licensed agent is needed.

How is this different from an outbound dialer or robocall system?

A dialer just dials faster. It doesn’t understand what a lead says, adjust the conversation, or know when someone’s ready to talk to a person. Mav reads responses, qualifies intent, and only escalates to a human when the conversation has earned it. Dialers automate the call. Mav automates the work of dialing: the qualifying, the follow-up, the conversations that had to happen before a human was worth involving.
